WARRANTY TERMS (EYEWEAR)
WARRANTY
Eyewear are guaranteed by Enzo Attini for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, against all manufacturing defects as determined by our technical services department. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the frame or corresponding defective part will be replaced at no cost, excluding ophthalmic lenses which shall not be replaced under any circumstances.
This guarantee does not cover defects caused by accidents (shocks, crushing, etc.), improper or abusive use of the frame, unauthorized modifications and repairs or handing.
In order to take advantage of this guarantee, you must provide an authorized optician with a duly filled out, stamped, dated and signed certificate. It is therefore recommended to keep the certificate of guarantee in a secure place.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For warranty repair, a defective eyewear must be registered within 30 days of receiving the product by contacting us at : support@enzoattini.com
WARNINGS
- This product is not suitable for direct viewing of the sun.
UV protection is included. It is not suitable for nocturnal use or in poor visibility.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- To clean your sunglasses, use water and soap avoiding all types of solvents or alcohol. Do not use dirty or abrasive cloths which could alter the features of their filters. Use only original accessories and spare parts.
PRESERVATION
- Keep in the cloth or hard case in a dry place at a temperature between -10°C and +35°C.
